Effective date: September 13, 2026. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Private Email (by Nat27) ("we", "us", "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service provides disposable email aliases that forward messages to a destination you control. We may offer free and paid plans with different limits and features.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information. Registration may be disabled or invite-only; we reserve the right to refuse service.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Service to send spam, phishing, malware, or otherwise unlawful communications. Abusive behavior may result in suspension or termination.

4. Content & Forwarding

We merely forward messages and are not responsible for the content of forwarded messages. We may apply automated filtering for spam and security reasons.

5. Fees and Payments

Paid features are billed as described on the site. Subscription payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, abuse, or at our discretion. Upon termination, forwardings and aliases may be disabled and related data deleted per our retention policy.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law and, where allowed, to direct damages up to the amount paid by you in the prior 12 months or $100 if no payment was made.
